Further information has come to my attention that clarifies the corrupt nature of the civic & business behaviour of the seemingly anonymous entity presenting itself as 'Ottawa Rooms', managing numerous decaying properties in the heart of our Nation's Capital, in a clearly apparent criminal operation claiming openly to have corrupted local police, bylaw & social services personnel, while using intimidation & open violence in plain sight to quell any protests from not merely their captured tenants, but the taxpaying business owners & homeowners terrorized by the open air crack house mental hospital you have turned the seat of our now almost destroyed country's federal power & identity into.

Refusing to rent rooms to any but those willing to commit ODSP fraud is organized criminal activity that you have all tolerated here for well over ten years, even by the account of Stan Kupmerschmidt in Ward 14 councillor Ariel Troster's office, who says without shame they gave up on bringing these thugs to heel TEN YEARS AGO after they themselves were intimidated & threatened at a meeting they attempted to arrange !!!

Taking advantage of the chaotic ODSP program, 'Sharon' in the 469 Gladstone St office 'assists' people through the very difficult 90 day application window, which many with genuine issues find next to impossible, especially with the difficulty of even finding a doctor today. She has openly said to my face that she does this because she has a special relationship with a worker at the 370 Catherine St office who effectively rubber stamps applications to allow Ottawa Rooms to charge these tenants more rent, often for rooms that would otherwise rent for less. I strongly suspect they are also able to access further payments through programs similar to 'RentDirect', which already absurdly sends everyone's grocery money directly to slumlords such as these.

While much seemed to be made of the willing participation of the tenants being 'helped' in this manner, by the detective I spoke with the other day, this is in fact an abusive & coercive environment, as ODSP is almost DOUBLE regular assistance, which itself barely covers rent in a rooming house, if you can even find one. This abuse is furthered by the trepidation suffered by all ODSP recipients over the regular two year reviews their claims are supposed to be subject to. I mentioned this in my discussion with your detective, suggesting that tenants are kept in line by the promise to help them through these regular reviews.

However, the reality is even darker than that - in fact, after speaking to many people on the program, these reviews are routinely ignored, many have never been faced with a review in over 20 years on disability. Thus it is clear that Sharon, Arthur & Ottawa Rooms are threatening their tenants with these very reviews, as the corrupt connections they claim to have established with the 370 Catherine St social services offices go both ways - they can trigger an abusive review of your disability status as easily as approve your fake disability so you can buy more drugs.

I have been speaking with local business owners, who are LIVID at the destruction of their neighbourhood, and the utter neglect they are suffering, clearly rooted in the criminal corruption of the many individuals operating openly & with apparent impunity as our international display to the world of the degenerate, collapsed, Satanic nightmare you all have stained the beautiful land our ancestors gifted us with.

You have unleashed an effective drug addict army upon the streets of your Capital city's downtown, littering even the curbs of your Parliament with the human detritus of the moral decay inevitable in cultures who elect their dope dealers to high offices, leaving honest citizens to feed, clothe & now even BUY DRUGS for strangers to get high all the time & defecate in their doorways.

I am seeking the assistance of local business leaders, pursuing legal counsel, and contacting the OPP & RCMP in regard to the rampant neglect & potential serious malfeasance coming from the abusive officials in Ottawa Centre / Somerset Ward 14 sworn to protect their citizens.

I have been told to hide in my room in terror & call police if I feel unsafe, then when I did on Monday June 30th at 5 am because a stranger was outside my basement room door, I was abused by a toxic female operator, whose derisive tone was humiliating & degrading, & who hung up the phone on me, refusing & denying me service,

Only when I called back and gave a description to yet ANOTHER rude, abusive, insulting, derisive female operator, officers were dispatched to discover my concerns were 100% VALID.

NO ONE HAS RESPONDED TO MY DEMANDS THIS BLATANT ABUSE BE ADDRESSED.

THIS DENIAL OF SERVICE SMACKS OF CRIMINAL COMPLICITY BY THE ENTIRE OTTAWA POLICE FORCE
